Wetting at night

S.'s four and a half year old son wet the bed at night despite all her attempts to help him. Besides that, her son always wanted immediate satisfaction for everything he asked for and this created many frustrations for him. According to the healing recall method, passing urine at night is related to separation from father, lack of restraint. I talked with S. and it turned out that during his breastfeeding she went to the nurse who asked her to avoid many foods which she claimed caused the child stomachaches. S. held back and was stressed and lost weight. We understood that the child was compensating for S.'s restraint out of a desire to take her stress or pain to him/ S. approached the child at night while he was sleeping and told him the whole story. That night he stopped bedwetting and the feeling of wanting instant gratification also resolved. After a while the urination returned, we talked about the fact that at the age of several months S. separated from her husband. Peeing at night in many cases is related to the separation of the child from the father. S told this to her son that night and told him that his father loved him, at the same time I asked her to put a picture of his father next to his bed and strengthen the image of the father in her son's eyes. After two days the urination stopped and has not returned since.
